LYNN – Two suspects involved in a brazen home invasion on Aug. 29 are now behind bars, while two others still remain at large.Joshua Hansen, 17, of 67 Lovers Leap, Lynn, and Rony Kevin Bienaime, 18, of 994 East 94th St., Brooklyn, N.Y., were both arraigned at Lynn District Court Tuesday and are both being held without bail until their next scheduled court date on Sept. 9.Bienaime was charged with armed home invasion, two counts of armed robbery, and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, rifle, possession of a class D substance, marijuana, violation of a city knife ordinance, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and trespassing.Hansen was charged with armed home invasion, armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, rifle. The two remaining suspects are described as black males, in their late teens or early 20s who were wearing dark clothing at the time of the attack and were possibly armed.According to police, four men, three white and one black, stormed into a single family home owned by 42-year-old Darlene Tenaglia at 12 North Franklin St., around 5:30 a.m. on Friday claiming to be state police officers.Once inside, they allegedly ran upstairs, handcuffed the victim and demanded money from a safe. After robbing the victim of roughly $4,500 in cash, a knife and marijuana, the four men fled the home. Police searched the area and arrested two of the reported burglars, Hansen and Bienaime.Police found the victim, whose name has not yet been released, lying on the floor of his bedroom with handcuffs on, completely shaken by the ordeal. He told police he was awakened by someone kicking in his front door. One of the suspects had a shotgun and allegedly pointed it at the victim, yelling, “state police.”After he was grabbed out of his bed, the victim said the suspects threw him on the floor, placed handcuffs on his wrists, and continued to shout, “where is the money?” at him and his girlfriend, while another suspect ran upstairs to where his mother was sleeping to search for money.Police found clothing shed by one of the assailants in the driveway of a home on nearby Bullfinch Street, along with a small briefcase containing BB gun pellets, small Co2 containers, a cellular phone and also a small plastic bag containing ammunition in front of 31 North Franklin St.The ammunition was later identified as property of one of the victims who was unable to provide proper identification for it. A summons was issued for possession of ammunition without an FID card. One neighbor who did not wish to be identified in fear of retaliation, described the victim as a “troublemaker” and said police were at the home the previous week. The investigation remains ongoing.
