LYNN – A mother and her son were held on high bails Monday in Lynn District Court after both were arrested Saturday for heroin and Oxycontin trafficking.Robert Mills, 23, of 33 Bloomfield St. #2, Lynn, was ordered by Judge Stacey Fortes-White held on $50,000 cash bail at his arraignment on trafficking over 28 grams of heroin, trafficking over 28 grams of Oxycontin, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and two counts of drug violations in a school zone.Lisa Mills, 43, of the same address, was ordered held on $10,000 cash bail on the same charges.Lynn police and the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms carried out a search warrant at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Before the officers went inside, police arrested Michael Campis, 29, of 2 Burns St., Lynn, as he exited the home and charged him with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, disorderly conduct, violating the city’s knife ordinance and a drug violation in a school zone.Once inside police found Robert Mills and a male friend, who did not get arrested, and handcuffed them. Police said $5,100 cash was confiscated from Mills and $2,407 from his friend.Police allegedly found two “fingers” of heroin in addition to several “twist bags,” 50 Oxycontin pills of 80 milligrams each and a large bag of marijuana.Investigators also seized several objects used to allegedly distribute the narcotics, including a bottle of energy boost powder that can be used as a cutting agent and trauma sheers, which are large scissors to cut plastic bags, police said.According to a police report, the mother was charged because, “With the evidence of all the drugs and paraphernalia all about the apartment and the individuals coming and going from this apartment, there is no way she was not part of this venture. This appeared to be a drug dealing enterprise involving the occupants of the apartment.”
