LYNN – A 16-year-old Lynn girl was taken to Mass. General Hospital by MedFlight helicopter Halloween night after falling 30 feet off a cliff inside Lynn Woods Reservation, according to Lynn police spokesman Lt. William Sharpe.Police said the girl was with about four or five teenagers walking through the dark when she might have accidentally fallen off the cliff.”There was no indication of drinking,” Sharpe said. The victim, whose name police did not release, was found conscious but suffering from injuries to her head, mouth and face, police said.Sharpe said officers found the girls’ friends about a half-mile from Spring Road after one of them called 911.Rescuers carried the girl out to a nearby pump station, where she was transported by ambulance to Savage Park on Lynnfield Street in Peabody to an awaiting helicopter, according to Peabody police spokesman Lt.
