LYNN – A Lynn man remained in critical condition Monday after his bicycle struck a car on Essex Street two days earlier, according to a spokesman at Mass. General Hospital.David Duprey, 47, suffered serious head trauma when police arrived at the accident scene shortly after 4:30 p.m. Saturday, according to police.Investigators say Duprey was riding his bicycle northbound on Essex Street when he crashed into the side of a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder at the corner of Chestnut Street.The driver, identified as Kimberlee Girard of Northborough, was not injured and had not faced any charges as of Monday, police said.Duprey was transported by ambulance to North Shore Medical Center in Salem but was later taken to MGH in Boston.
