MARBLEHEAD – Marblehead Village School teachers and parents will find out more details Wednesday about the scope and the schedule of the $21.7 million boiler replacement and renovation project that begins at their school in January.The Village Building Oversight Committee will hold two meetings at the Marblehead Veterans Middle School. The 5:30 p.m. session in the school library is primarily for teachers and staff, and the 7 p.m. meeting in the PAC meeting is for parents.School Committee Chairman Amy Drinker, who serves on the BOC, said the meeting is primarily for sixth-grade parents but she expected fourth- and fifth-grade parents to attend as well.The committee is meeting with the Owners Project Manager, Municipal Building Consultants, and the Massachusetts School Building Authority.During the December vacation the sixth-grade students will move from the Village School to the Veterans School, where that grade is scheduled to remain for the duration of the project. The School Committee formally supported that move Thursday.
