SAUGUS – Two 16-year-old boys are facing criminal charges for setting off a scare at Saugus High School last week.Detective Leonard Campanello said Monday the teens will be summonsed to court after investigators learned they scrawled a threatening note on a bathroom wall. The note was discovered Monday, Nov. 10 but said harm would occur to students on Nov. 13, according to police.”It was never really considered a serious threat but it was something we had to take into consideration,” Campanello said.He said the school did not notify parents of the note but police stepped up patrols instead.Campanello said handwriting samples and information gathered from a school-stationed police officer helped solve the case.
