REVERE – Revere police are investigating several random acts of vandalism that were reported this weekend.Police Capt. Michael Murphy says someone spray painted a resident’s fence at 254 Rumney Road between 3 and 6 p.m. Saturday.Officers spoke with neighbors who said they didn’t see anything suspicious.Murphy says as officers began to leave the area they noticed another residential property was spray painted at 263 Rumney Road.Meanwhile on Saturday, officers responded to an apartment complex at 99 Reservoir Ave. where three cars had their tires slashed.Each of the victims suffered damage to only one tire, police said.The damage is believed to have occurred between midnight and 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Police have no suspects.
