REVERE – Police and firefighters saved three New Year’s revelers who were caught in the frigid cold drunk and in one case without a shoe.At 3:45 a.m., police were called to a Fenno Street home after a woman reported an unknown man was banging at the door asking to get in. She noticed the man was wearing a suit and only one shoe. The temperature was about 5 degrees. The woman told the man she was going to call police, so he ran away, police said.About 15 minutes later police were called to another Fenno Street home, where the man apparently knocked at the door and the resident allowed him inside.Earlier in the morning, at 3:35 a.m., police found a man covered in vomit and feces behind IHOP at 105 Squire Road and provided medical treatment, police said.At 2:30 a.m., police recovered a drunken man who passed out on a Crescent Avenue sidewalk.
