REVERE – Two Revere residents were arraigned Thursday in Chelsea District Court in connection with the stabbing of a 28-year-old man inside his 32 Rose St. home on Wednesday.Charles Graffeo, 47, of 907 Broadway and Kathleen Palermo, 49, of 38 Rose St., were each charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for the stabbing of Lloyd Nickerson.Police responded to his home about 12:45 p.m. and found him stabbed in the neck, torso and other parts of his body. Homicide detectives were called, but doctors later said Nickerson would survive.According to the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office, prosecutors had requested each suspect held on $10,000 bail. However, a judge ordered Palermo held on $1,000 bail and Graffeo on $3,500 bail.Graffeo’s bail was higher because he had two outstanding warrants for cocaine and destruction of property charges.Police questioned the pair for several hours on Wednesday. It’s unclear who did the actual stabbing.”The motive remains under investigation as well as other circumstances surrounding this incident,” said Jake Wark, spokesman for the district attorney.
