LYNNFIELD-North Shore Women?s Boot Camp and Fitness is giving Lynnfield ladies a new, affordable option when it comes to choosing an exercise program.Melrose native Rebecca LeSaffre, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and mother of two, will be leading a 4-week boot camp program out of the Centre Congregational Church, 5 Summer St., from Monday, Feb. 23 to Friday, March 20.?Don?t be intimated by the program being called a boot camp,” she said, adding that the program is designed for people of all fitness levels. “Each session begins and ends with an evaluation of your fitness and objectives so you can monitor your progress.”According to her Web site, northshorewomensfitness.com, the program offers a safe and effective total body workout. Classes will vary from cardiovascular work to strength training, body weight exercises and partner exercises.?Since this is a women-only program, you?ll enjoy the camaraderie and support from other motivated women as you work toward your individual goal,” she said. “Plus, people work a bit harder when they are part of a group.
