LYNN – A man who was found in possession of a large amount of marijuana and crack cocaine and a handgun when police responded to his Jackson Street home for a domestic violence report was released on bail Thursday.David Muise, 21, of 63 Jackson St., Lynn, posted the $5,000 cash bail himself on Thursday afternoon, according to the Lynn District Court Clerks Office.Muise was arrested at his home Saturday after he allegedly held a gun to his girlfriend’s head during a heated argument. Muise denies holding a gun at the woman, but police said an illegal handgun was found in his car and that he may have tried to hide it there after it was apparent police were arriving.The girlfriend, identified as Tameisha Womack, 20, of 415 Cabot St., Beverly, was also arrested on domestic violence charges.Muise, however, was arrested on a long list of charges after police found a “large amount” or marijuana in both his bedroom and car, in addition to several bags of crack cocaine and an illegal handgun, according to a police report.Muise was initially ordered held without bail at his Monday arraignment. The $5,000 bail was set by Judge Ellen Flatley at a Thursday dangerousness hearing.
