LYNN – A Lynn auto body worker was arraigned Monday on charges he molested a girl younger than 14 years old on several occasions since June.Salvador Fuentes, 40, of 14 Rock Ave., Lynn, was arrested and charged with four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 on Saturday.Fuentes was arraigned in front of Judge Albert Conlon, ordered held on $2,500 cash bail and told to stay away from the alleged victim.According to a police report, the alleged victim reported the abuse Friday after Fuentes allegedly sent her a text message that said, “For my love” with hearts. The girl showed the message to her mother who in turn called police.The report said that during one of the alleged incidents, the victim told Fuentes the molestation was wrong and “a sin” to which he replied, “If you love each other, it’s not a sin.”Fuentes allegedly told the victim that if she reported the molestation that her family members would “lose everything” because he helped pay their bills.The abuse allegedly occurred at Fuentes’ home and another residence on North Federal Street.Fuentes is due back in court April 29 for a pre-trial hearing.
