LYNN-A Gloucester man who was arrested March 21 for allegedly driving drunk in Saugus with his 2-year-old son in the back seat is expected in court Friday to be fitted with a GPS monitoring bracelet, Lynn District Court officials said.Matthew Lever, 31, was in court for a dangerousness hearing Monday after being held at the Middleton jail without bail since his arraignment one week earlier. Judge Allen Swan imposed a $10,000 cash bail for the remainder of the week.Court documents say Lever is expected for another court hearing Friday, when he will be fitted with an ankle monitoring bracelet. After that, Lever is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing April 10.Lever was arrested at about 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 21 when State Police pulled him over for erratic driving on Route 1 and arrested him for his third drunken driving offense. His 2-year-old son was strapped in the back seat and two open beer cans were found in the car, police said.
