LYNN – Fed up with nine prank 911 calls over the past two days from the same telephone number, Lynn police have filed criminal complaints against the suspects in Lynn District Court, according to a department spokesman.According to police radio transmissions, one of the phony emergency calls was made to police Tuesday night when the caller said, “There’s a dead body here.”Police Lt. William Sharpe said two of the residents of 95 Woodman St., where the calls were allegedly made, are being summonsed to court to face charges. He identified the suspects as O.C. Payne and Brandon Payne.”There were nine calls made over a two-day period,” Sharpe said. “Most were hang-ups, but on two [occasions] words were uttered.”Sharpe says police are seeking complaints that would charge the pair with making annoying and harassing phone calls.Item records show a man named O.C. Payne III, 21, who lives at 95 Woodman St., was arrested in June after selling percocet pills to an undercover State Police officer.
