LYNN – Central Square was filled with the sights and sounds of many different cultures on Saturday at the annual Meet Me Downtown Festival.Click here to view photos of the Meet Me Downtown festival.The festival was a unique multicultural urban experience attended by hundreds of people. Las Cosechas (The Harvest), and the North Shore Caribbean Association served up great food alongside the Mercury Brewing Company. The annual arts festival included musical performances, theater, dance performances and vendors selling their wares. There was a plethora of free activities for the younger set, including face-painting and crafts projects.
