Mills and keeper Andrew Atton.Beverly 4, Winthrop 0At Winthrop, the Panthers (1-3-2) had the offense cranking with goals from Justin Lehman, Ethan Trowt, Jake Petronzio and John Ingemi. Pat Wilson and Tom Fallon split the game in net.Salem 4, Swampscott 2At Swampscott, Edwin DeMoya when on a scoring spree, netting three goals (and 1 assist) for the 3-4-1 Witches. Brion Likha accounted for the other. Salem led 3-0 at the half, but Swampscott cut the deficit to 3-2. Salem keeper Dan McCarthy had 10 saves.Peabody 2, Gloucester 0At Gloucester, the Tanners had three or four excellent opportunities in the first half, but came away empty-handed. Matt Rodgers broke the ice 13 minutes into the second half with Lucas DeOliveira getting the assist. Corey Cronin provided a little insurance with eight minutes left (Luke Finkelstein assist). Jason Ryan (9 saves) collected his third shutout.Danvers 6, Revere 2At Danvers, the Falcons (6-2, 6-0 NEC South) had plenty of firepower thanks to Chris Ciampa (3 goals, 2 assists) and Costa Hatziioannou, Eric Marino and Carter Ocko, who each had one goal. Aaron Tye also had two assists.
