LYNN – A Lynn man wanted for a warrant was tracked down by police Wednesday morning and found lounging in a recliner surrounded by hundreds of stolen prescription drugs and marijuana.The suspect, Sean M. Driscoll, 42, of 76 Verona St., was charged with trafficking over 28 grams of class B substances, possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, possession of a class C substance with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute and a school zone violation.Driscoll was arraigned Thursday at Lynn District Court by Judge Stacey Fortes-White and was ordered held in lieu of $50,000 cash bail. He is due back in court for a probable cause hearing Dec. 2.According to court documents, State and Lynn police tracked Driscoll down at an apartment on South Street Court. As officers walked in the third floor apartment, they said Driscoll was sitting in a recliner and taken into custody.During a pat frisk, police found a plastic bag in his right sweatpants pocket that contained 39 pills of Adderall, 20 pills of M-Amphet, 76 pills of Amphetamine and Dextromphetamine.In his left pants pocket, police say they found a Massachusetts drivers license and $840 in cash. Then, on the recliner Driscoll was sitting on, police say a plastic bag was on the arm rest, containing 22 pills of Hydrocodone and 31 pills of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone.Next to the recliner, two prescription bottles were found with 22 pills of 4mg Hydromorphone Hydrochloride and 88 pills of the same drug in 2 mg. On a small table, a trooper found a bag of marijuana and a black and white backpack on the floor with several other prescription drug bottles filled with pills.During booking, police discovered that the pill bottles were labeled Connolly’s Pharmacy in Hamilton and that they had been stolen on Oct. 30. Driscoll’s red Cadillac was searched by police, who found two, two-way hand-held walkie talkies and a police scanner, which was allegedly set to the Hamilton Police Department radio frequency.
