Ramsey’s strike broke the gridlock after the teams played through two overtimes and remained square after five penalty kicks.No. 26 Haverhill (7-8-4) missed its first PK while No. 7 Peabody (14-3-2), the Northeastern Conference champion, misfired on its fourth.
