SWAMPSCOTT – Swampscott police officers responded to two different break-ins at Swampscott businesses early in the morning on Friday.The officers responded to a 911 call from inside the China Green restaurant on Burrill Street at 4:50 a.m. and when they arrived at the scene they realized the side door to the business had been broken into.While officers were investigating the incident, they received a call at 5:08 a.m. for the alarm at Jos A. Bank clothing store located in the Swampscott Mall. When officers arrived at the clothing store they discovered that the rear door to the business had been pried open and access had been gained.Also located during the daytime was a broken door at the Paradiso Restaurant across from the Swampscott train station.
