SALEM n The man charged in the beating death of a Peabody father of two over what prosecutors say was a parking space issue, remains held without bail at the Middleton Jail following his arraignment.Fernando Aristy, 24, of 59 Burma Road, Chelsea, appeared at a hearing Wednesday morning showing no emotion as he entered his not guilty plea to murder in the first degree, as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, causing serious bodily injury, and assault and battery resulting in serious bodily injury.Chad McDonald McDonald, 34, of 4 Cashman Road, Peabody, was severely beaten during a confrontation in the early morning hours of Oct. 9 in front of his warehouse, Jim Appleyard Bonded Storage, 37 Bennett St., Lynn.McDonald, a father of two, grew up in the Highlands and formerly ran a mechanical repair shop on Fayette Street. His wife, Michelle McDonald, has Wyoma Square connections: her grandparents owned Rolly’s and her parents run Newhall’s Liquors.
