Jurors heard opening statements Monday in Salem Superior Court in the murder trial of Jose Cabrera, 20, the Lynn man charged with shooting and killing a rival gang member on Olive Street in 2008.?Tony Pich had turned his life around. He was no longer a street kid. He had a job and family. Later he would be gunned down by a single bullet, killing him at age 22. We will prove without certainty that this defendant (Jose Cabrera) killed Tony Pich,” Assistant District Attorney Kristen R.
