SALEM – Pedro J. Carrillo, a 28-year-old Lynn man caught again peddling narcotics, remains free on $1,500 cash bail after saying he committed no crime.In Salem Superior Court Friday morning, Carrillo, of 16 Park St., pleaded innocent to possession with the intent to distribute Percocet, subsequent offense as well as two counts of possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, subsequent offenses.On April 7 he allegedly sold two ounces of marijuana for $250 to a cooperating witness on Park Street.Then, on June 10, authorities say he sold two Percocet pills as well as another ounce of marijuana for $165 to a cooperating witness also on Park Street.Because he has prior drug offenses, Carrillo faces a minimum mandatory five year state prison term if convicted on the possession with the intent to distribute Percocet (a Class B) charge.He is due back in court on March 11 for a pretrial conference.Assistant District Attorney Christina Pujals Ronan is prosecuting the case for the state.
