REVERE – A Revere school official was arraigned Wednesday morning in Chelsea District Court on a seven-count complaint that he allegedly drove drunk with a suspended license on Jan. 14 and used his pick-up truck mounted with a plow to push snow around a car that he thought had stolen his parking spot.Michael Ciarlone, 54, the school department’s director of facilities, was released on the conditions that he stay away from the victims, remain alcohol-free and attend weekly Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He is due back in court on March 28.On the night of the alleged incident, the owner of the plowed-in car and several other people ran outside to see Ciarlone’s outburst, in which he yelled, “you immigrants” as he allegedly backed into one man with his truck and kicked him in the head. He is alleged to have punched another man in the face and broke the man’s glasses.When Revere Police arrived at the Bradstreet Avenue scene, they found witnesses holding Ciarlone down. When they let him go, Ciarlone was allegedly uneasy on his feet, smelled of alcohol and slurred his speech.Ciarlone’s attorney, Gerry D’Ambrosio, previously said his client was found to not have been drunk when he was examined at Whidden Hospital after the incident.
