February 25, 2011 by dliscio

LYNN – Blah. Blah. Blah. That was the word of choice left behind on walls and doors of the Fecteau-Leary School by a graffiti vandal sometime Monday night.”When I arrived at work Tuesday morning, there must have been 30 of these on both buildings – Fecteau-Leary and Cobbett Elementary School,” said Bill White, the senior custodian. “They even got the dumpsters.”The vandalism was mostly contained to the word “blah” with a curling tongue extending from the “h,” another tag that was indecipherable and a sprinkling of profanity.Police were called to examine the scene and take photographs before school maintenance staffers paint over or otherwise remove the graffiti. The investigation was also expected to include a review of images from outside security cameras.
