LYNN – Three more Lynn teens appeared in court on Wednesday in connection with a series of explosive devices set off in the city on Feb. 21.Alan M. Anderson, 19, of 9 Warwick St.; Patrick W. Noonan-Eggeman, 18, of 39 Brooklawn Terrace and Christopher A. Jordan, 19, of 73 Fernwood Ave., were charged with throwing and placing explosives. All three suspects were arraigned at Lynn District Court by Judge Albert Conlon and ordered placed on house arrest unless attending school, along with wearing electronic monitoring bracelets.On Tuesday, Michael Ranelli, 18, of 45 Piedmont St., appeared in court on the same charges and was also released on house arrest with the electronic monitoring bracelet conditions.All four suspects are due back in court on April 5 for a probable cause hearing.The suspects allegedly took part in placing and igniting two explosive devices at 6 Bowler St., where one detonated. Additional blasts occurred on the same day, with one taking place in Peabody, another on York Road and two others on Conomo and Rockdale avenues.A resident on Bowler Street reported an explosion in front of his home shortly after midnight. When he ran outside, he said he found a 4-inch long cardboard tube with a 3-inch diameter packed with flash powder.Police say no one was injured in the blasts. An anonymous tip led police to Ranelli, while the other suspects turned themselves in with their parents at the Lynn police station.
