LYNN – A Lynn teen and a Peabody man appeared in court Wednesday in connection with an alleged gang rape that happened in a basement apartment on Henry Avenue.Framy Abreau, 18, of 19 Henry Ave., #1, was charged with sodomy and aggravated rape; Miguel Roa, 21, of 23 Osborne St., Peabody, was charged with motor vehicle use without authority and operating a motor vehicle without a license.Both were arraigned Wednesday at Lynn District Court by Judge Ellen Flatley. Abreau was ordered held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for March 10, while Roa was held on $1,000 cash bail with a pre-trial hearing also on March 10.A third suspect, Luis Torres, 17, of 5B Baldwin St., Lynn, was arrested Wednesday afternoon, charged with aggravated rape and sodomy. He is expected to be arraigned today. Police say they also have a warrant out for the arrest of a fourth suspect.According to court documents, the 19-year-old victim went to the police station at 2 a.m. on Wednesday to report that her car had been stolen. While there, police say she was visibly upset and crying and eventually added to the story that she had allegedly been raped by three men in a basement apartment on Henry Avenue.She claimed that she went there with a friend earlier in the evening, where they drank alcohol for a few hours. She said, since she had been drinking, she allowed Roa to take her car and drive her friend home. After the two left, she said she was forcibly raped by a suspect who police say they have a warrant out for. Then, as she was trying to quickly get dressed, she said two other men walked into the room, took her clothes off and allegedly violently raped her. One of the suspects allegedly showed her a silver handgun and said, “This is what girls get if they don’t do.”A neighbor told police she heard the victim crying in the apartment and saw her leave around 1:40 a.m.Police say they found empty bottles of alcohol in the apartment, along with three condom wrappers.A rape kit was administered at Union Hospital.
