Medical attention was refused by both, along with information regarding obtaining a restraining order. The victim later told police that over the course of their two-year relationship, Solis has allegedly beaten her 10 times, but this incident marks the first time she has called the police.Solis was charged with domestic assault and battery and one count of assault and battery on a pregnant victim.
