While police were writing a report about the fight, another call came in around 2:30 a.m. about shots fired at the same residence. The same victim said she heard gun shots outside of her window as she was eating and pointed out bullet holes in the window, blinds and curtains. Two other holes were found on the outside of the building.A BOLO (be on the lookout) was broadcast to area departments with Wong’s description.A few minutes later, police tracked Wong down in an SUV on Broadway. He at first gave another name and said he lived in Marblehead. He eventually admitted that his name was Scott Wong and a passenger in the car was Phok, who was found holding an open bottle of Coors Light, with some of the beer having spilled on the seat. Two other open bottles were also in the vehicle, but a gun was not found.Police say Phok had a warrant for his arrest out of Lowell District Court and was taken into custody along with Wong.
