Peter Manoogian, 50 Ballard St., wants a special permit to expand an existing garage.F&Z Realty, Inc., owner of property at 24 Frank Bennett Highway, is seeking a variance to allow a free-standing pylon sign with a reader board and to relocate the existing sign.Route One Saugus, a limited liability corporation, and Nomist Realty, 1029 Broadway, owner of 1069 Broadway, is seeking a setback variance of 11 feet where 50 feet is required to relocate a previously granted office building sign.The sixth hearing relates to a request by Ronald Drinkwater, owner of 39 Beacham Avenue, for a speial permit to allow an accessory dwelling in a single-family home.
