SALEM – Nicholas J. Christian, the 30-year-old Lynn plumber already facing charges for severely beating an 89-year-old great grandmother in front of her Eastern Avenue home in November and also stealing a purse from another woman a week earlier, has been indicted for burglarizing a home and stealing a safe.Assistant District Attorney Kim Faitella presented evidence to an Essex County grand jury Wednesday resulting in four indictments being handed up against Christian along with Michael Curley, 32, charging them each with breaking and entering in the nighttime, larceny of property more than $250, receiving stolen property more than $250 and malicious destruction of property arising out of a break-in of a Lynn apartment on Nov. 17 where a safe was reportedly stolen.Authorities say the suspects are seen leaving the building on the video surveillance carrying the safe. Police reportedly recovered the safe when they searched Christian’s basement apartment following his arrest in November for the mugging and purse snatching cases.Christian, who currently remains held at the Middleton Jail without bail, is scheduled to be in court on April 19 on those cases. Also indicted were:Bennie Robinson, 33, of 14 Wilbert Road, Dorchester, Zachary Sargent, 27, of 21 Mattapan St., Boston and Nicole Lewis-Hayward, 19, of 13 Nelson Drive, #6, Randolph, charged with enticement of a child under the age of 16 and dissemination of child pornography. They were arrested during an FBI sting operation on Oct. 22 in Saugus at the Holiday Inn Express on Route 1. They are accused of taking nude photographs of a 14-year-old girl, posting them on a porno website and later offering them for sale to a customer. On Oct. 22 they were arrested as they drove away from the Saugus hotel carrying marked bills provided by the customer. What the accused did not know was that the customer was an undercover FBI agent.Sokhannara Chea, 22, of 9 South St., #1, Lynn, is charged with three counts of carrying a firearm having been previously convicted of a violent or drug crime, three counts of carrying a loaded firearm without a license, three counts of carrying a firearm without a license and three counts of possession of ammunition without a license as well as a single charge for possession of heroin concerning his arrest on Lynnfield Street in Peabody on the night of Nov. 15.
