SALEM – Five men and a woman were indicted Friday afternoon on separate cases involving armed robbery, intimidation and narcotic crimes by an Essex County grand jury.Roger Jones, 22, of 180 Second St., Manchester, N.H., and his girlfriend, Chrystalina Cruz, 22, of 205 Highland Ave., Salem, Mass., are charged with trafficking over 200 grams of Opium, a crime that will net them each with a mandatory 15-year state prison term. They were in Lynn on Jan. 21 after allegedly receiving via the mail approximately 2,000 Percocet tablets, with a street value of $60,000, from Florida. A postal inspector identified a suspicious package addressed to someone in Lynn and contacted police. Investigators delivered the package to a woman, who apparently was coaxed by Cruz to accept the package for her. She then contacted Cruz and told her to come and get the package at which time Jones and Cruz arrived at the woman’s home and were arrested as they left with the package. Assistant District Attorney James P. Gubitose is prosecuting the case for the state.George Walker, 50, of 80 Bismark St., Boston, is charged with armed robbery in connection with the holdup of a 23-year-old Lynn man on Western Avenue on Nov. 9. He also is charged with intimidation of a witness along with Jamie Lee Duncan, 24, of 41 Story Ave., Beverly, in which they reportedly tried to convince the victim in the holdup, while allegedly threatening him, to sign a document indicating the robbery never occurred. Assistant District Attorney Greg A. Friedholm is assigned to prosecute the case.Arthur Poisson, of Lynn, no address or age available at this time, is charged with trafficking over 28 grams of heroin concerning his arrest in Lynn on Sept. 2, 2009.Gregory E. Bradley, Jr., 34, of 14 Moulton St., Lynn, charged with trafficking over 28 grams of cocaine, trafficking over 14 grams of cocaine and trafficking over 14 grams of Opium. The charges stem from three drug deals in Lynn on Sept. 16, 2009, Oct. 14, 2009 and Feb. 25, 2010. Assistant District Attorney Christina P. Ronan is prosecuting the case.
