LYNN – A pedestrian suffered leg injuries and head trauma Saturday night after he was struck by a car on Kirtland Street.According to Lynn Police Lt. Dave Brown, the driver, Adnolan Rosario of Methuen, was driving a 1994 Toyota Camry on the street around 9 p.m., when her car struck the open rear door of a parked vehicle, along with the victim, causing him to slam into the windshield.Brown said the Lynn man suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries and was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He is currently listed in stable condition.Rosario has since been cited for failing to slow for a pedestrian.Lynn police, fire and Atlantic Ambulance crews responded to the scene, where Kirtland Street was closed for approximately two hours. The identity of the victim has not been released.
