SALEM – The Essex County Southern Registry of Deeds took in nearly $350,000 in state excise tax revenue Thursday from just two properties sold in Lynnfield and Peabody/Danvers, according to Register of Deeds John L. O’Brien.Avalon Village North, Inc., with an address of Balliston Tower, 671 Glebe Road, Suite 800, Arlington, Va., transferred property situated in Peabody and Danvers at 150-162 Andover St. for $64.5 million.UDR Crane Brook LLC, of 1745 Shea Center Drive, Suite 200, Highlands Ranch, Colo., bought the housing complex which was recorded at the Registry of Deeds in Salem just before 2 p.m.Then a property on Walnut Street in Lynnfield sold for nearly $12 million dollars to a Newton Falls development company.Redus Wakefield, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, transferred ownership of property located at 427 Walnut St. in Lynnfield, for $11.8 million to Market Street at Lynnfield Development LLC, having an address at 2310 Washington St., Newton Lower Falls, Mass.
