SALEM – Bail for three people accused of taking nude photographs of a 14-year-old girl, posting those photos on a pornographic website and then reportedly offering her sexual services to a customer at a Saugus hotel, say they committed no crime.Zachary Sargent, 28, of 21 Mattapan St., Boston, Bennie Robinson, 33, of 14 Wilbert Road, Dorchester and Nicole Lewis-Hayward, 19, of 13 Nelson Drive, #6, Randolph, pleaded innocent at their arraignment Wednesday to charges of enticement of a child under the age of 16 and dissemination of child pornography.Salem Superior Court Judge Timothy Q. Feeley set $5,000 cash on each of the accused at the agreed recommendation of Assistant District Attorney Greg A. FriedholmRobinson remains held at the Suffolk House of Corrections in lieu of bail. Sargent is expected to make bail on Friday, according to his attorney, Jeffrey G. Sweeney. In the meantime, he remains held at the Middleton Jail.Lewis-Hayward was immediately bailed from the courthouse following her arraignment.They were arrested Oct. 22 in Saugus at the Holiday Inn Express Motel, on Route 1 by authorities who accuse them of taking nude photographs of a 14-year-old Boston girl, posting them on a porno website and later offering them for sale and also apparently advertising sex for sale.Police arrested the group as they drove away from the Saugus hotel carrying marked bills provided by an undercover agent, posing as a customer.Their next scheduled court date is May 25 for a pretrial hearing.
