SALEM – Kimberlee Mastronardi, the 52-year-old Marblehead mother who admitted stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from her employer over a five-year period, has agreed to pay back $560,314.07.During a restitution hearing conducted before Judge Timothy Q. Feeley last week in Salem Superior Court, Mastronardi agreed to pay her former employer Bartlett & Steadman Plumbing Company, of 67R Pleasant St., Marblehead, that total amount during her five-year probationary term.Mastronardi pleaded guilty earlier this year and was sentenced to serve three-to-five years in state prison to be followed by five years of probation.As part of the compensation, $18,265.80 was ordered to be seized from her 401K plan, which will be transferred to Bartlett & Steadman. The remaining $3,000 in the plan can be used for her son’s education purposes upon proof of entry into a college.Feeley also ordered that Federated Insurance is not to be paid any restitution until Bartlett and Steadman is paid in full.
