It was a family affair at Manning Field on Monday night when Tech hosted Northeast Regional in boys lacrosse as Tigers head coach Jay Richards faced a familiar opponent across the field in son Jarrod, the head coach at Northeast.After putting together three solid quarters, the Tigers saw the game slip away in the final period as the Golden Knights scored four unanswered goals to take a 6-4 win.”It’s the second game in a row where we feel like we let one get away,” Richards said. “We played awesome in the first half but I don’t know what happened in the second half. Henrich adding a goal and two assists.Malden 7, Lynn 1At Malden, Josh Delgado scored the lone Lynn goal in the third quarter. Riley McManus had a strong game in net. Lynn (0-14) plays Tech Friday at Manning Field (5).Georgetown 13, Saugus 8At Saugus High, Nick Taylor had three goals and an assist for the Sachems (2-9), who also got some offense from Dillon Hartigan (2 goals) and Nick Benoit, Dan Sheehan and Shawn Gilman, one goal each.GIRLS LACROSSEFenwick 8, AB Williams 6At Braintree, the Crusaders (12-1) benefited from a five-goal performance by sophomore Grace Celona. Anna Moulton had a goal, Annette Ruggiero, one goal and Christina Wall, one goal. Kaitlyn McCarthy (7 saves) picked up the win. Cara McLaughlin and Kayla Caruso played well on defense.Concord-Carlisle 27, Marblehead 21At Concord-Carlisle, Olivia Raisner had six goals and three assists in a wild outing. Kiley Fischer (4 goals, 2 assists); Cassie Rodgers (2 goals, assist); Meggie Collins (2 goals, 2 assists); Tyler Phillips (goal, assist); Sarah Noyes (2 goals, assist) and Hayley Braun (2 goals) all helped out.
