SALEM – A Superior Court judge upheld $25,000 cash bail for a Lynn man who pleaded innocent to trafficking cocaine and OxyContin.Gregory E. Bradley Jr., 34, of 14 Moulton St., Lynn, appeared for his arraignment Wednesday, pleading innocent to trafficking over 28 grams of cocaine, trafficking over 14 grams of cocaine as well as trafficking over 14 grams of OxyContin.Judge Howard J. Whitehead agreed to maintain the same bail amount set earlier in Lynn District Court at the joint request of Assistant District Attorney Christina P. Ronan and defense lawyer Bradford E. Keene.The case was continued to July 25 for a pretrial conference.In the meantime, Bradley will remain free on bail pending the outcome of his case.He faces a minimum mandatory punishment of 13 years in state prison, with no chance of early parole, if convicted on all three charges.The allegations arise out of three drug deals with an apparent confidential informant who told authorities he purchased illegal drugs from Bradley at his Moulton Street home.On Sept. 16, 2009, two ounces of cocaine were reportedly purchased for $2,600. Then a month later on Oct. 14, 2009, 27.69 grams, just under an ounce, of cocaine was bought for $1,300.Finally on Feb. 25, 2010, 98 tablets of OxyContin were negotiated for $3,650, according to reports.
