SAUGUS – A Somerville man was ejected from his car early Monday after it rolled over on Route 107 north.Nestor Arana, 23, of 107 Albion St., lost control of his 2004 Nissan Altima around 1:30 a.m., according to Assistant Police Chief Leonard Campanello.?He slammed into a guardrail and was ejected after he hit a curb,” he said. “A thermal imaging device was used to see if there were other victims in the woods but he was the only person in the car.”Arana was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with non-life threatening injuries.The State Police Reconstruction Team is investigating the accident.
