SALEM – A local couple authorities say was involved in a prostitution ring out of a Saugus motel was arraigned Thursday morning in Salem Superior Court.Donald Hollins, 26, of 190 Bowdoin St., Dorchester, pleaded innocent to deriving an income from a minor prostitute and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license, subsequent offense, stemming from incidents both in Saugus and Andover.Judge Howard J. Whitehead agreed to have him remain held without bail at the Suffolk House of Corrections pending a bail hearing scheduled for July 14.Tatiana Moore, 17, of 42 Greenville St., Boston, pleaded innocent to engaging in sex for a fee. She remains free on her own personal promise to return to court pending the outcome of her case. She is scheduled to be back in court on July 21.Authorities arrested the couple on March 23 in Saugus during a sting operation involving a prostitution business being operated from a Route 1 motel.Hollis reportedly set Moore up as a prostitute and they shared in the money she was paid.Assistant District Attorney Greg Friedholm is prosecuting the case.Jessica Thrall and Alicia A. Andrews, respectively, are the defense attorneys for the accused.
