LYNN – A 25-year-old man was shot in the leg at the intersection of Ingalls Street and Alice Avenue Sunday night.According to Lt. Dave Brown, the victim was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with potentially life- threatening injuries. Neither his name nor address were released Sunday night. Brown said the victim?s condition was listed as serious, but stable.Several 911 calls were reported around 8 p.m., of a shooting in the 50-block of Ingalls Street, near Alice Avenue, where police found the shirtless victim bleeding profusely. Four black men allegedly fled the scene in a blue Nissan Altima heading onto Essex Street toward Chestnut Street.Brown said an unrelated arrest was made at the scene for unrelated charges.?No one has been charged with the shooting,” he said. “The Criminal Investigation Division is investigating and processing the scene, with Massachusetts State Police assisting.”Anyone with information about the shooting or knows the whereabouts of the suspects is urged to call the police at 781-595-2000.
