McDonald Sr., 34, of Peabody on Oct. 9, 2010 outside a 37 Bennett St., Lynn warehouse after the two got into a fight about a parking space. The trial was expected to start last month in Lawrence Superior Court, but the case was delayed so attorney Raymond Buso could research last-minute information regarding a key witness.
