SALEM – A Superior Court judge continued the $10,000 cash bail for a Peabody man caught peddling narcotics to an undercover officer.Diogenes Domingo Gutierrez, 39, of 50 Warren St., #526, appeared last Friday in Salem Superior Court for his arraignment, pleading innocent to two counts of distribution of heroin, subsequent offenses, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, subsequent offense, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, subsequent offense, and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.Judge David A. Lowy agreed to continue the same bail amount as jointly offered by the prosecutor and defense and continued the case to July 29.In the meantime, Gutierrez was sent back to the Middleton Jail and remains held in lieu of $10,000 bail.Gutierrez allegedly made sales to an undercover officer on May 20 and May 24 from his Warren Street apartment.On May 26 police executed a search of his home and reportedly found heroin as well as cocaine and marijuana.
