Lu for his arraignment Friday in Salem Superior Court, pleading innocent to aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The judge agreed to set the $10,000 cash bail with the option that the defense may seek a bail review at another court hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he turned himself in to police a few days later.Roberto Vasquez, 24, of Lynn, who is charged with accessory after the fact in the case, was arraigned last week and remains free on his own personal recognizance. Both are scheduled to be back in court on Aug. 29.
