SALEM – A Chelsea man charged in connection with a double-shooting outside a Lynnfield restaurant in April is being held in lieu of $100,000 cash bail following his arraignment.Bayron Fajardo, 32, of 829A Broadway, pleaded innocent to two counts of armed assault with intent to murder, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, carrying a firearm without a license and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building.Judge John T. Lu agreed to set the bail at the joint request of the prosecutor and defense, and left the door open for a bail review hearing at another court date.In the meantime, Fajardo, who is also held on $200,000 cash bail on a somewhat related case out of Suffolk County, remains held at Nashua Street Jail.The charges stem from an incident in Lynnfield on April 30 in which a 27-year-old women and her male co-worker were shot shortly after 1 a.m. outside of the Fat Cactus Restaurant, located at 215 Broadway (Route 1) as they left work that night.The couple was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with non-life threatening injuries, according to reports.
