The Bishop Fenwick girls soccer team scored a big win on Saturday as Becky Mercuro’s second half goal was enough to give the Crusaders a 2-1 win at Donaldson Field against powerhouse Danvers.”It’s a huge win for us,” Fenwick coach Karen Guillemette said. “We had a game plan and we were able to stick to it.”The Crusaders (6-2-4) did a marvelous job of shadowing Falcon ace Corey Persson as Kim Shinnick held the Penn State-bound Persson off the scoresheet.
