IPSWICH _ Investigators have arrested three men from different parts of the country and charged them with the Sept. 27 murder of Ipswich restaurant owner Shui Keung “Tony” Woo, 62, of Quincy, according to a press release from the Essex District Attorney’s office.Woo was found dead by employees at the Majestic Dragon on Route 1 in Ipswich at 11:14 that morning.Essex District Attorney Jonathan W.
