SALEM – Three men who allegedly murdered and robbed an Ipswich restaurant owner in September have been indicted by an Essex County grand jury.Jun Di Lin, 29, of 18 Francis St., Malden, Sifa Lee, 34, last known address of 89E Squantum St., Quincy, and Cheng Sun, 46, of 48 Hester St., New York, N.Y., are each charged with murder in the first degree, stealing by confining or putting in fear and armed assault with intent to rob a person over the age of 60 involving the killing of Shui “Tony” Woo on the morning of Sept. 27 in his Majestic Dragon restaurant in Ipswich.Woo was found by restaurant employees in his office that morning.Evidence indicates the point of entry to the building was through a roof vent that leads into the kitchen area of the restaurant located at 81 Newburyport Turnpike in Ipswich.Investigators believe the trio tried unsuccessfully to get into a safe located in the office where Woo?s body was discovered.Assistant District Attorney Kristen R. Buxton is prosecuting the case for the state.
