REVERE – A taxi crashed into a warehouse garage in Revere on Saturday afternoon, injuring the driver and severely damaging the building, according to Revere police.A red Royal Taxi cab crashed into a brick garage on Fenno Street, which is attached to a building called Waugh’s Garage at 184 Broadway, said Revere Police dispatcher Robert Campbell.Campbell said the driver was taken to the hopital and that police didn’t know if anyone else was in the car at the time.The roof of the garage appears to have partially collapsed on top of the taxi. Two nearby parked cars were also damaged, Campbell said.Revere police are still on the scene, and Campbell said they did not know the cause of the accident.Stay tuned to Item Live for updates.
