SALEM – A Waltham man who is facing up to 10 years in state prison after being allegedly caught in Lynnfield with four ounces of cocaine remains held at Middleton Jail on $50,000 cash bail after being arraigned.Patrick Donohue, 66, of 212 Bacon St., entered his plea of innocent at his arraignment to a charge of trafficking over 100 grams of cocaine before Judge John T. Lu.Lu agreed to set the high bail at the joint recommendation of the prosecutor and defense and also left the door open for a bail review at another court proceeding.In the meantime, Donohue remains held at the Middleton Jail in lieu of bail.Donohue and his alleged accomplice, Kalyn Riddle, 28, also of Waltham, were pulled over on Route 128 in Lynnfield at about 8:20 a.m. on Oct. 23 for a motor vehicle infraction.State Trooper Brad Sullivan said he discovered 110 grams of cocaine, almost four ounces of cocaine, in the vehicle.Riddle was arraigned earlier and remains free on $2,500 cash bail pending the outcome of her case.Both are scheduled to be back in court on Feb. 10 for a pretrial conference.Assistant District Attorney Jessica Strasnick is prosecuting the case for the state.
