LYNNFIELD – About 100 people showed up to support former State Sen. Richard Tisei as the Congressional candidate opened his campaign headquarters on a snowy Saturday in Lynnfield.”If you’re happy with the way things are, elect Tierney,” Tisei said at an event that kicked off his bid for the Sixth Congressional District, which encompasses most of Essex County.Tisei, a 49-year-old Republican from Wakefield, plans to challenge U.S. Rep John Tierney, a Democrat from Salem, in the November general election.Former U.S. Rep.
